Timesheets
Review & release your timesheet
Confirm your own day and release it.
Reviewing is where you confirm the draft and release it. In the Just Me view, you approve your own day.
Open your day
Go to Timesheets and choose Just Me. You’ll see your day grouped into activity, with drafts ready to confirm.
Confirm or fix each group
For each group you can approve it as-is, reassign its project, rename it, adjust the minutes, hide off-task time, or add an activity you did away from the computer.
Release your day
Use Approve all to release everything that’s ready, or step through with Power review. No one sees anything until you release it.
Review again
If you released a day and then spotted something, reopen it and adjust. A released day shows as submitted, with a Review Again option.
Common questions
What does “release” actually do?
It confirms your day and releases it for reporting. Until you do, the day is private to you and no one else can see it.
Can I change a day after releasing it?
Yes. Reopen it with Review Again and adjust, then release again.
