Confirm your day in Power Review
The fast card-stack flow for releasing your time, and for managers clearing flags.
Power Review lets you confirm a day one card at a time. After the activity cards, you review one final total before release.
Open Power Review
From your timesheet for a given day, click Power review (the lightning icon). Timeglass opens that day’s activity as a card stack.
Step through the cards
On each card you can:
- Keep it as-is if the project and time look right.
- Reassign it to a different project.
- Rename the activity group.
- Adjust the minutes up or down.
- Hide it (off-task time that shouldn’t count toward a project).
- Delete it, or add an untracked activity you did away from the computer.
The total step
The final card asks “How much time should we report?” Adjust the reported total and Timeglass spreads the difference across your activities, so you can correct the day without hand-editing every entry.
Managers clearing flags
Power Review has a manager mode. When a teammate’s day trips a flag, the manager reviews the reported total, clears the flag, and approves from a similar card flow.
Common questions
Does adjusting the total change what gets reported?
Nothing is shared until you release it. Power Review is where you set the true total before that happens.
What does “hidden” time do?
Hidden (off-task) time doesn’t count toward any project and isn’t reported. It just keeps your day’s math honest.
