Set app recording filters

Create a workspace allowlist or blocklist for recorded apps.

Choose which apps and websites Timeglass records for everyone in the workspace.

  1. Open Security settings
    Go to Settings → Security and find App & website recording.

  2. Choose a recording mode
    Choose Capture all, Skip listed, or Only listed. The same mode applies to apps and websites.

  3. Choose apps and websites
    Add the apps and website rules that belong in the selected mode. Website rules can cover a whole domain or a path, such as example.com/private.

  4. Save the filters
    Review the lists, then select Save. The policy reaches each member’s desktop recorder.
