Timeglass captures enough activity to draft a timesheet, then gives each person review controls before release.

What’s captured

The desktop app captures periodic screen snapshots plus the active app and window. Meeting audio is captured only when you approve recording for that meeting.

What’s uploaded

Screen snapshots are processed to build your timesheet and then removed from your machine. Timeglass uploads the work-record data needed for drafts, review, reporting, and exports.

Your controls

• Pause capture anytime, or set an auto-pause when you go idle.
• Exclude specific apps and sites with recording filters.
• Exclude specific displays from capture.
• Keep meeting timing without any audio.

Private until release

Your day stays private until you review and release it. Nobody sees your time before you do.
