How long data is kept and how to delete it.

You control how long data is kept, and you can delete it.

Local snapshots

Screen snapshots on your machine are removed once they’ve been processed, or after a short window if they were never uploaded.

Retention policies

Your workspace has retention settings for captured data. Older data is cleaned up automatically according to those settings.

Deleting data

You can delete history from the app, and admins can manage workspace data and handle data requests under Settings → Security.
