Statuses, contributors, and how projects are detected automatically.

The Projects page lists every project, its budget pacing, and the activity behind the hours. Timeglass assigns work to projects from captured activity.

How projects get detected

Timeglass suggests projects from your team’s activity and assigns work to them. You can also create or import projects yourself, then edit the suggestions when a title, description, or match needs correction.

Statuses

• Active: currently being worked on.
• Inactive: no recent activity; Timeglass sets this automatically.
• Completed: marked done, with a settled final outcome against target.

What a project shows

Open a project to see contributors, last activity, target progress, and the categories where time was spent.

Scope by team

Use the team picker at the top when you only want to see one team’s projects.
