Timesheet release settings
Set employee release, auto-release, auto adjustments, and review flags.
Timesheet Settings answer the release and review question. They decide when a day leaves the employee's private view and what needs manager attention.
Approvals and visibility
When Approvals & Visibility is On, each day stays private until the employee reviews and releases it. The employee sees To review, Approve all, andPower review controls.
When it is Off, the employee release step is skipped. Pending and approved time appear together as shared time, and the employee should not need to click Approve all.
Auto release
Auto release only applies while Approvals & Visibility is On. It releases unreviewed timesheets to managers after the number of days you choose.
Timesheet flags
Flags send submitted or released days to manager review when an adjustment or daily total crosses a threshold. The thresholds can use added time, percent increase, and daily total.
Auto adjustments
Auto Adjustments lets Timeglass make small reported-time corrections during automatic review. Those changes stay below the configured flag limits.
