Export work activity

Create a detailed or summary activity CSV by contributor.

Export detailed work activity by contributor, client, project, and category.

  1. Open Exports
    Select Exports in the main navigation. The page shows the export builder, a live preview, and recent export activity.

    Workspace Exports keeps the builder and recent files on one page.
  2. Choose Activity
    Select Activity, give the file a clear name, and set the date range. Use Included Records and the available status or financial options to narrow the file.

    The Activity preview shows the first rows and the total row count before the file is created.
  3. Create the export
    Check the preview, then select Create workspace export. Timeglass creates Acme work activity — Aug 3–16.csv and adds it to Export Activity for download.

    The confirmation appears when the activity CSV is ready.
