When your free trial ends

What happens after 14 days, with or without a payment method.

Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. What happens at the end depends on whether a payment method is on file.

With a payment method

Your subscription starts automatically when the trial ends, and you’re billed for your seats. Nothing changes for your team.

Without a payment method

   Three days before
   The workspace owner gets an email reminder to add a payment method. Billing also shows how many days are left in the trial.

   When the trial ends
   The subscription pauses and a 7-day grace period starts. Timeglass keeps capturing during the grace period and shows a Trial ended notice in the sidebar.

   After 7 days
   If no payment method has been added, data capture is suspended. The workspace stops capturing and processing new activity until a payment method is added.

Add a payment method

Go to Settings → Billing and select Add payment method, or use the link in the sidebar notice or the reminder email. Adding a payment method resumes a paused trial subscription straight away and starts billing from that day.
