Manage billing and your subscription

Who can manage billing, seats, payment methods, and invoices.

Workspace owners and admins manage the subscription, payment method, and invoices from Settings → Billing.

What the Billing page shows

  • Subscription Details: your plan, its status, the price per seat, and how many seats you pay for.
  • Trial or billing period: the days left in your trial, or your next payment or renewal date.
  • Payment method: the card or other method on file, with Add payment method when there isn’t one.
  • Referral Code: a field to apply a referral code to the subscription.
  • Default currency: the currency used for workspace billing rates and monetary values in Timeglass.

Update your card or download invoices

  1. Open Billing
Select Settings, then Billing under Workspace.
  2. Open the billing portal
Select Manage Billing. Timeglass opens the secure Stripe billing portal.
  3. Make your change
Update the payment method, billing email, or tax ID, or view and download past invoices.

How seats work

Plans are billed per seat. The seat count on your subscription updates automatically when an invited person joins the workspace, and archiving a member releases their seat. Viewers have read-only access and don’t take a paid seat.

Plans and pricing

See the pricing page for current plans and prices. New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial, and you don’t need a payment method to start it.
