Delete a workspace

Request deletion of a workspace and its data.

Workspace owners and admins can request that a workspace and its data be deleted. The Timeglass team handles deletion and confirms by email when it’s done.

  1. Open Security settings
    Select Settings, then Security under Workspace.
  2. Find Workspace deletion
    Scroll to Workspace deletion at the bottom of the page.
  3. Send the request
    Select Email deletion request. Your email app opens a draft to privacy@timeglass.ai with the workspace name and ID filled in. Send it.

You can also email privacy@timeglass.ai directly. Include the workspace name so the team can find it.

Common questions

How do I delete my workspace?

Owners and admins go to Settings → Security, scroll to Workspace deletion, and select Email deletion request. The team deletes it manually and confirms by email.

Does canceling delete my data?

No. Canceling stops billing. Request workspace deletion separately from Settings → Security.
