Projects & clients

Focus the app on one client

Use client view to see only one client’s time, meetings, and exports.

Client view narrows the web app to one client, so every page you open shows only that client’s work. It helps when you prepare for a client meeting or review an account.

Turn on client view

  1. Open Projects & Clients and choose the Clients view.
  2. Select the client to open its details.
  3. Select Client view in the client header.

A banner at the top names the client while client view is on. It stays on in that browser tab until you exit.

What changes

  • Home becomes the client’s overview, with recent meetings beside it.
  • Timesheets shows only time on the client’s projects. It is read-only, so approve and edit timesheets outside client view.
  • Activities counts only time on the client’s projects.
  • Meetings lists meetings linked only to this client.
  • Exports starts each new export filtered to the client.
  • Projects & Clients opens on the client. Choosing another client switches client view to it.

Pages that can’t be narrowed to a client leave the navigation while client view is on.

Leave client view

Select Exit client view in the banner.
